Frank Plum is the President and CEO of Workplace Human Capital Management, headquartered in Marlton, NJ. Frank started Workplace in 2017 with the vision of changing the way employers think about their employees, specifically how they manage the lifecycle of employees within their workplace. Frank felt there were too many basic payroll companies in the market that were limited in their approach to helping businesses grow and scale and there was a growing demand for more outsourced human resource management combined with human capital management technology.
